1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website or using the services of Electrician Ampang, operated by New Era Air Cond & Electrical (002059267-A), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations.
2. Our Services
Electrician Ampang provides licensed electrical services, including but not limited to:
- Electrical wiring and rewiring
- Emergency electrical troubleshooting
- Water heater installation
- Ceiling fan installation
- Lighting installation and repair
3. Quotations and Pricing
We charge a flat RM50 on-site checking fee to diagnose your electrical issue. This fee is fully waived once you accept our repair or installation quotation. All work is quoted by scope of work, and prices are confirmed in writing before work begins. Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quote.
4. Bookings and Cancellations
We offer same-day dispatch for urgent electrical faults and scheduled appointments for planned work. If you need to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment, please let us know in good time so we can adjust our schedule.
5. Service Guarantee
Every completed job includes a 7-day follow-up service guarantee. If a workmanship issue arises within 7 days of completion, contact us and we will return to make it right at no additional cost. The guarantee covers our workmanship and does not cover faults caused by misuse, third-party work or unrelated issues.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide safe access to the work area and accurate information about the electrical issue. Someone should be present to grant access and approve the quotation, especially for the initial on-site check.
7. Limitation of Liability
Electrician Ampang carries out work to Suruhanjaya Tenaga standards. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or this website.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics and images, is the property of Electrician Ampang and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes take effect once posted on this website.
